Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

- Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@tryovee.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please email us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to initiate a return for your original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, with no justification needed. To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging—and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
- If your refund is approved, we’ll automatically process it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
