All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

 Shipping Timeframes:
Our current delivery time is between 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing times.

 Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship to the U.S, UK, Australia, NZ and Canada. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

 Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check the delivery status at any time. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please reach out to our support team at hello@tryovee.com

 How to Qualify for a Return:

  • The product must be used consistently for at least 30 days to allow time for results.
  • If you’re unsatisfied after this period, contact us within 90 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
